Description
Home health, hospice and private duty agencies continue to face acute workforce challenges. Competition for labor remains intense, particularly for nurses. Staffing costs are skyrocketing, and it is increasingly difficult to attract and keep workers. Despite these challenges, there are still opportunities to find innovative ways to recruit, retain and build robust worker resource for the future. This session will offer suggestions to reconnect clinicians to purpose while providing support, training, safety, and technology needed for clinicians to thrive in your agency. In addition to these tools, discussion will include strategies for partnership opportunities and international outreach.
