Home care providers will reimagine their workforce challenge to achieve growth in patient census and bottom-line revenue. This panel will re-frame the narrative using national nursing workforce data and an innovative approach to human capital management and by leveraging the Nurse Licensure Compact. The supply and demand equation, when filtered through state-specific data, demonstrates that worker oversupply in some geographic areas can be leveraged to build a robust and sustainable workforce.
