Women in Leadership is proudly presented to you by National Association for Home Care & Hospice. Thank you. We hope that you enjoy your course.
Description:
Women make up the majority of the population, account for 49% of the college-educated workforce, and hold 52% of all professional jobs. And yet, “American women lag substantially behind men when it comes to their representation in leadership positions” (Warner and Corley, 2017). This panel discussion will cover employee and employer challenges for women in the 21st century, with emphasis on the home care and hospice management field. The panel members will include women in a variety of roles in healthcare.
Learning Objectives:

• Identify challenges that women in key leadership roles face
• Describe methods of achieving satisfaction with work-life balance
