This session will provide an update on key hospice regulatory and policy issues, including: hospice payment issues (including rebasing of payment rates), Office of the Inspector General (OIG) examination of hospice survey performance, issues related to inclusion of hospice under Medicare Advantage (MA), and other recent developments. (Please attend Session 202 for information on the new election statement and addendum requirements, and an update on the quality reporting program.)
