Promoting workplace inclusion is essential to the success of cutting-edge home care and hospice programs. This session explores ways in which the wisdom of inclusion advances improved employee experience and fosters better-quality patient outcomes. Discussion will highlight strategies toward rejecting discrimination, promoting diversity, and fostering inclusion throughout the agency as well as the Cultural competence needed to provide care that fosters diverse values, beliefs, and behaviors.
