The Center for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) is expanding the Home Health Value-Based Purchasing Model (HHVBP) nationally effective January 2023. Agencies have another 18 months to prepare and taking an inventory of where you stand is important. Creating your internal teams to set goals and monitor your performance will help ensure your organization is ready. Understanding the mechanics of the TPS calculation and what-if scenarios is also an important step.
