The sustainability of an organization depends on the strength of its leadership and a culture that encourages employees to feel they are key to the organization’s success. To accomplish this, a succession plan must be in place, and who better to take the lead than those who understand your organization’s vision and are already invested in its success? This session will focus on formalizing a plan to mentor and develop employees through a holistic approach to prepare them for the organization’s next chapter. Topics will include recruiting best practices, personalized employee growth plans, mentorship, and retention strategies.
