PDGM presents new challenges to the home health revenue cycle. While cash flow efforts must be successful, agencies must also guard against potential compliance threats. With Medicare Advantages Plans at an all-time high and new payers continuing to flock to the industry, the revenue cycle becomes more complex. If processes are not effectively managed the consequences to cash flow can be dire. Targeted Probe and Educate (TPE) and Review Choice Demonstration (RCD), put agencies at increased risk when they have poor revenue cycle or documentation management practices. This session will take a deep look into best practices for Home Health Revenue Cycle teams.
