New Data on Employee Experience, Health, and Wellbeing is proudly presented to you by National Association for Home Care & Hospice. Thank you. We hope that you enjoy your course.

Description:

Now more than ever, creating a positive employee experience must be a priority. It makes sense for so many reasons, happy employees are more productive, have less absenteeism, contribute more ideas, are safer, have less turnover, provide more inside recruitment, and contribute to better patient outcomes. Additionally, they are happier in their personal lives. It makes total sense from a business perspective to make sure we take care of our own. Holistic Employee Experience (HEX) takes into consideration the wellbeing, health, voice and background of each individual. During these incredibly difficult years, we have found ways to use this challenging time to step up and show our employees we know they are our top priority. Our enhanced approach to employee health, wellbeing, recognition, equity and inclusion has proven to be successful as measured through our metrics and surveys. We are well on our way to being the gold standard within our field.

Learning Objectives:

  •  Explain why Holistic Employee Experience be a priority within your organization?  Define the importance of focusing on a holistic approach to employees experience, health and wellbeing. Describing the significance of coming from a place of compassion and caring and howthis pays off for your employees and the business. The need for positive Employee Experience to be connected through all areas and modeling of positive leadership from all levels to create a resilient staff.
  •  Identify how the metrics help us to find ways to improve experience. Measuring outcomes leads to positive change.
  • Build and execute what is needed to maintain morale while dealing with an    abrupt change for  employees. Looking at ways to shift resources to meet needed objectives to keep momentum and move forward.
