the expansion of the Value Based Purchasing Model for Home Health in 2023, agencies need to explore how therapy can directly impact their success under this new model for reimbursement. In this discussion, we will talk about how agencies can leverage their therapy care team to improve outcomes and support patients. We will examine how your therapy team contributes to the three measure sets used in HHVBP; OASIS-based, claims based and HHCAHPS survey-based measures. Additionally, we will look at how therapy documentation should support these elements throughout their care delivery.
