With potential major changes in hospice coming, it is important to understand the key revenue and cost drivers of the business that impact overall profitability and this session will do that. This session will instruct on how to use analytics and benchmarks to measure success, predictive modeling, budgeting, and other future analysis that may be needed based on proposed hospice changes.
