Home Health Value-Based Purchasing: 2016 and Beyond

Home Health Value-Based Purchasing: 2016 and Beyond is proudly presented to you by National Association for Home Care & Hospice. Thank you. We hope that you enjoy your course.

Health care is making a move from rewarding volume to rewarding value. As the shift continues, organizations that succeed will be those whose organizations embrace a culture of ongoing quality improvement. It’s a must under home health value-based purchasing, the new CMS program linking payments to better outcomes. CMS is now testing the model in nine states, including Massachusetts. As one of the state’s providers, Partners HealthCare at Home, along with Strategic Healthcare Programs, will give an overview of HHVBP and its preparations for the program. The presenters will reflect on the steps they took to engage staff, the analytical and operational factors they took into account in getting ready for HHVBP, and how they plan to improve on their performance.Categories: Quality, Financial, Legal, Regulatory, Management, LeadershipKey Words: Value-Based PurchasingAudience: Home Health
