Instructor: David A. Winter, MBA, SPHR, SHRM-SP
Mr. Winter received an MBA from the University of Richmond and a BA in Psychology from the University of Virginia. He is certified as a Senior Professional in Human Resources by the Human Resources Certification Institute and as a Senior Certified Professional by the Society for Human Resource Management. Mr. Winter has served as an HR executive in a variety of business settings and has more than 30 years of experience as a human resources practitioner.
