Instructor: Stephanie Whitfield, MSN, RN, CPN
Stephanie has over 19 years of clinical and teaching experience. Her areas of expertise are in neonatal intensive care, general pediatrics, home health, and children with medical complexities. She earned her Master's in nursing from Chamberlain University in 2022. Her professional practice is guided by Jean Watson's philosophy that, "Caring is the essence of nursing."

Amy Hinson, R.N., B.S.N.has been an RN for 21 years and received her BSN at the University of Kentucky with a scholarship through her employer. She has worked in the emergency department, progressive care unit/intensive care unit, trauma, labor and delivery, orthopedics, neurology, palliative care, and is now nearing her 14th year at a critical illness recovery hospital where she is a house supervisor.
