As the healthcare and payment model landscape evolves, join us as we hear from VNS Health executives who have positively disrupted the provider and health plan status quo. The VNS Health organization will share insights and lessons learned from a holistic care continuum lens that provides care for 44,000 patients' lives every day. Nearly 70% of VNS Health’s annual revenue is derived from their health plans or is attached to full risk contracts across various service lines. In this session the VNS Health team will share their journey in becoming a national leader in at-risk contracting and population health management as well as how to lean into the advantages of becoming a Payvider.
