Description:

Recruiting and retaining nursing and rehab personnel is becoming more difficult as home health services continue to grow. The design of an agency’s compensation model will have a significant impact on the ability to keep qualified personnel. In addition, creating a culture of open dialogue regarding work/life balance, stress reduction, and performance will create strong employee relationships. This session will provide you key strategies to grow your agency’s staffing levels and increase employee engagement.

•Evaluate the advantages and disadvantages of the various home health compensation models
•Explain elements that impact employee satisfaction, including benefits packages and flexible work schedules
•Create solid employee relationships through mentorship, real-time performance reviews, and strategies to obtain a healthy work/life balance.
