Over the years, one of the most popular events at FMC has been the Leadership Panel general session. For 2024, the FMC takes a step into the future with the Home Care & Hospice Emerging Leaders Panel. We are blessed with many passionate, intelligent, and committed young professionals that are stepping up to drive home care into a very bright future supported by veteran mentors dedicated to continued advancement of health care at home. This year’s panel brings together a diverse group of those emerging leaders who demonstrate that the future is very promising and in great hands.
The ever-evolving landscape of health care at home requires insightful and well-centered leadership from one generation of leaders to another. The Emerging Leaders panel will offer the next generation’s insights, strategies, and goals for what is an ongoing expansion of the breadth and depth of health care at home. Whether it is AI or a rebirth of “high touch” home care, these emerging leaders know what it takes for success.
