404. Private Duty Analytics & Key Performance Indicators for Success is proudly presented to you by National Association for Home Care & Hospice. Thank you. We hope that you enjoy your course.
Description
We cannot improve what we do not measure. Private duty agencies are faced with the same growing challenges and pressures that encompass all of healthcare but often with razor thin margins. One way to manage performance is through analytics and key performance indicators (KPIs). When used effectively, these metrics can help private duty agencies by highlighting strengths and identifying potential opportunities. We are often buried in so much data and managing the day to day that we end up calculating metrics for the sake of calculating metrics - making it hard for an agency to decipher which indicators are most critical for monitoring and improving performance. This session will review the critical KPIs every private duty agency should be monitoring, how to calculate them, but more importantly explain how KPIs can be used to move the needle on performance, and help attendees understand the key operational metrics that drive financial success
Learning Objectives
• Identify key performance indicators used to monitor private duty performance, how to calculate them and why they are important to track.
• Learn how private duty analytics can be used to improve financial and operational performance.
• Explain how management of operational metrics can lead to improved financial results.
