An organization that invests in its employees achieves a higher level of financial success. Employee turnover and friendships within the workplace are strong indicators of good company culture. Workplaces with positive cultures support a philosophy of transparency so that every team member feels they know where they stand and where the company is headed. Transparent leaders are accessible, honest, and proficient in guiding the career paths that sustain and support diverse employees in senior positions. People are excited to be in a place that maintains a commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion. It fosters actions and ideas that make a difference and improve the opportunities for employees to feel accepted and appreciated. When they feel this way, employees are more likely to be motivated to explore innovative ideas and to work efficiently.
