Home health and hospice leaders use performance data to track business trends, revealing agency strengths and weaknesses. Leaders need to better understand how to best move the needle on performance metrics. Accelerated performance can be gained through identifying key performance behaviors (KPBs) which, when hard-wired into practice, yield desired impact to key performance indicators (KPIs).
