Benchmarking is a way of discovering what is the best performance being achieved – whether with a provider or by the entire home health industry. As the industry experiences continued economic and regulatory changes, it is imperative to understand all aspect of your organization through benchmarking. This session will guide organizational leaders through the process of understanding the true basics of benchmarks and how to use them to improve and better understand your organization.
