In this panel discussion Androscoggin Home Healthcare & Hospice, Granite VNA, and SimiTree will provide their experience regarding integration of agencies after a merger and acquisition. Androscoggin in 2022 acquired a Private Duty company to diversify it's service delivery and in 2021 Granite VNA was the result of the merger of two VNAs in New Hampshire. This session is a panel format led by SimiTree Healthcare Consulting to discuss some of the key lessons learned during the integration of their agencies post transaction. This discussion will key in on how the Androscoggin and Granite VNA integrated the people, processes and technology while aligning their mission and values. The panel will highlight the keys to a successful integration is a project plan that addresses all departments and functions with the organizing and align the newly formed team to work towards a common goal of continued operational excellence.
