Instructor: Debra Brown Bayus, MSN, APRN, NP-C, ANP-BC

Debra Brown Bayus has 38 years of professional nursing experience. She is currently an adult nurse practitioner and an affiliate professor for undergraduate nursing students. She previously held a teaching position as nurse educator in professional staff development. Mrs. Bayus has public health experience as an infection control practitioner, and as a county health department communicable disease community health nurse. Mrs. Bayus is studying for her Doctor of Nursing Practice degree at Grand Valley State University in Michigan.

Instructor: Brenda Hoss, RN, MSN, CNS

Brenda Hoss teaches undergraduate nursing as an affiliate professor. Her experience includes teaching community health nursing, influenza vaccination, and patient education about influenza. She has 39 years of professional nursing experience including 23 years as a clinical nurse specialist. Ms. Hoss is currently studying for her Doctor of Nursing Practice degree at Grand Valley State University in Michigan.
