This session will describe how compensation can align employee motivation with agency drivers using tools to monitor performance. Employee relations issues, benefits, and risks associated with various compensation models will be discussed to help agencies evaluate the best model for their own culture and organization.

Learning Outcomes:

• Participants will identify wage and hour rules unique to home care, outline legal compensation requirements and common mistakes creating liabilities.
• Participants will compare compensation models and evaluate for application of the best model to align with their own agency culture and priorities.
