This two-part series will provide participants with the information necessary to enable them to return to their organizations empowered to drive change using data and collaboration between the clinical and financial management of the organization. The first session will provide an overview of the key performance indicators (KPIs) recommended for routine reporting to monitor quality outcomes, patient satisfaction, operational compliance, and financial performance. Participants will learn how to interpret the KPIs to drive change in their organization.
