Explore two important aspects of performance data that most don't think about: internal and external communication of outcomes. We will discuss why communication is such an important and under-emphasized part of quality data, and how it can increase effectiveness in motivating staff, providing organizational leadership, and building relationships.

• Name roles of purpose and mastery in employee motivation.
• Examine and evaluate the drivers of referral partners' decisions to work with different organizations.
• Construct a plan for using performance data to drive success in both employee engagement and referral success.
