Managing complex change can yield incredible results, as well as resistance, anxiety, and false starts. There are 5 components to successfully create lasting change. The session will discuss the five components. This sounds simple and only works if you have skilled leadership, an understanding of the team and the organizational culture required to move from awareness to commitment.
