Beginning with defining who the members of an interdisciplinary pain management team are and what their roles are, this session will then analyze best practices in interdisciplinary team pain management. Skills for plan development, intervention choices, meeting modalities, and timing will be taught, in addition to lessons from discussions on outcome measures and triggers for therapeutic changes to the plan of care.
