This presentation will describe VNSNY's journey to Value-Based Care and their experience with APMs. Our successful tactics to support Value Based Care relationships will be discussed.
VNSNY's future business strategy regarding alternative payment models will be presented as well as a discussion of the development of payer and provider relationships through care model and technology innovation.
