Productivity: Identifying the Issues, Developing Key Operational Benchmarks, and Implementing Management Solutions is proudly presented to you by National Association for Home Care & Hospice. Thank you. We hope that you enjoy your course.
Productivity continues to be a major concern for homecare and hospice. Agencies worry about a wide range of issues: average patient visits per day, documentation, the number of cases managed, staffing, the number of field clinicians per supervisor, the number of OASIS reports reviewed, the number of start-of-care documents coded to effective and efficient case conferencing and IDTs, and how quickly RAPs, EOEs, and monthly billing is completed. This program will address these issues, how they are identified, and recommend solutions and benchmark goals to achieve.
Learning Objectives
• Identify key concerns about productivity, roots of low productivity, and management responsibility for oversight
• Identify potential solutions and processes for their implementation.
• Identify feasible benchmark goals that will raise current levels of productivity, enhance efficiency, and boost morale and team spirit
