Embracing the "Uber Culture" that we live in today, is necessary if we want to stay viable in the current climate of declining reimbursement. Automation and "Uberization" not only streamlines business, but it also improves quality, compliance, and recruitment. The culture of Home Health needs to be changed and embracing technology is going to be a means to do so.
