Description change to New Cops are challenging to home health agencies as we have seen since Jan. we will discuss strategies and tips to prepare for your surveys. We will go over key deficiencies seen under new CoPs, as well as discuss how the State and AO’s are interpreting and citing the regulations. This session will put you on the right track and make you less vulnerable to condition-level deficiencies or worse!
