The constant legal and regulatory updates in our industry have a negative effect on our workforce. In this session, we’ll be describing the impact of change on workforce morale in home care and hospice and the importance of employee engagement.

Learning Outcomes:

Attendees will learn methods to support staff in an industry that undergoes constant change and will analyze the cost of change management upon the healthcare industry versus the cost of constant turnover. We will review tools to enhance employee engagement and resilience to change
