As a member of the senior leadership team of a home health agency and hospice, the financial executive is an essential team member in effectively managing the sales process. This program focuses on how the sales process can be effectively managed, delivering the best results at an appropriate cost level including allotting right resources to the sales team along with the optimal use of those resources.

-Recognize the difference between sales and marketing and what resources should be devoted to each
-Distinguish between sales efforts by executive and clinical staff
-Identify how to determine the support needed for each type of sales and how to set expectations, including compensation/benefits plans, customer relationship management software, and market data, sales call expectations and territory management
