Are we missing parts of the story when we don't take a comprehensive view of what a real healthcare episode is? In this session we'll be defining the term "healthcare episode" and dissecting it to learn why breadth AND depth matter.
Learning Outcomes:
Take away the heightened awareness of what a complete healthcare episode is, and outcomes of a discussion on partners involved. Participants will learn about payment structures for different levels of care, from a physician to long-term acute care, to post-acute care, and will identify quality metrics to be collected and monitored.
